Minato isn't fast

This is to all that say Minato is faster than Raikage Ei.

He is not faster than Ei because Minato teleports, he doesn't use his legs at all. Hiraishin is an instantaneous Ninjutsu, not foot speed. Naruto, Ei and Gai all have the highest foot speed in the show/manga. Speed cannot be compared to teleportation because teleportation > speed any day.

I've been hearing a lot of dumbass people say the Minato is "faster"than Ei. Negative. His jutsu is. Minato isn't physically faster than Ei or even Gai. On top of his OP Ninjutsu, he does have wicked reaction time as he would need ace reaction time to activate the jutsu in time. So, Minato is NOT faster than Ei in anyway. Minato shouldn't even have had the title of fastest shinobi in history as he wasn't actually fast. Naruto and Ei are the actual fastest shinobi in Narutoverse history.

The Raikage is only fast because of his lightning armor...he also uses ninjutsu to enhance his speed like minato.

Technically base speed wise he might not be, but his reactions are damn impressive. Since he teleports and all. And not to mention his speed is impressive, to say he's isn't fast is downplaying him, he kept pace with hashirama and Tobirama's shunshin and was commented by Tobirama to be superior then his. I think it was shunshin?

Tobirama was talking about the FTG in that one. However, Minato was able to put the marks around the Juubi in a short
time, and Tobirama said he's fast on his feats, that was a feet for his shunshin beside saving Naruto from obito, and crossing Konoha in second to summon Bunta in top of Kurama.

Teleportation is not speed and I agree there, but he is still fast on his feet. I doubt to the level of Ay, but fast all the same
