Is it just me or does it look like minato's left arm is growing back?

It's just you. His left arm was sliced off at the elbow, Obito totatly obliterated his right.

There is no way minato is out for the count, done in off screen...

Knowing minato, he escaped somehow. He might be even less mobile than before though.
