Minato is useless

Seems like ever since Minato lost his arm to Juubito, he has been nothing more than a useless fodder having flashback after flashback.
Any attempt to be of any kind of help has been destroyed. Even this chapter, his efforts were proven not needed when a rock lee came in and saved Gai, his plan to save Guy was too slow..
Come on Kishi. Minato, a kage, is worse than tenten right now.

Do you realize that he lost an arm? In naruto, having an arm taking away from you is like getting half of your body chopped off, You'l be useless since everything in naruto revolves around hand seals and what not.

I was going to mention that, why did Kishi waste his time drawing a panel just to show Minato's kunai hit the ground and do nothing?

That very thing will help Kakashi and Co to switch places and kakashi uses his Raikiri into madara but i think Minato will help with giving raikiri the Senjutsu boost like how naruto did with minato's KCM rasengan.

Im not denying he wont be, but as of late, he has been. I wasnt expecting Minato to be perfect, but at least be able to assist somehow, maybe pointing something out, or giving advice, no, instead we have him flashbacking.
