All Hashirama did in his life was control multiple bijuus, defeated Madara, created mokuton and is the reason that there was a Zetsu army.
All Hiruzen did was lived the longest, mastered over 1000 S-rank jutsu, mastered all forms of shinobi combat and defeated the strongest man alive today by himself.
Minato is much more praiseworthy than these old men.
He created Rasengan. Not only that, but he was skilled enough to summon a frog. But that's not all, he defeated Obito and Kurama at the same time.
Minato is the one that deserves the title of God of Shinobi, and NOT Hiruzen or Hashirama.
Now we can end this debate on who is the real God of the Shinobi world.
