I think your theory is a bit off...

Minato could, and maybe even WOULD win, but not due to the points you said. Your theory makes it seem as though EVERYTHING will go Minato's way, and he will encounter NO trouble at all.

Even in the long-debated, "Itachi vs. Jiraiya" thread, things don't work out like that. If Itachi were indeed stronger than Jiraiya, or vice versa, a battle between these two extremely talented ninjas would result in SOMEBODY getting at least a scratch. You are acting as though Minato wouldn't break a sweat.

It all depends on who uses whose techniques first. We do not know if Minato has a jutsu that is strong enough to break the Chibaku Tensei sphere. We are only assuming he does. Likewise, we do not know if Deva Path has the speed to counter Minato, with or without the Flying Thunder God.

I think Minato could pull off a win or loss. Minato was said to be stronger than Jiraiya, and at the time, Naruto was said to "not be at his level" by Yamato (not quite sure what it means, it could just be that he hadn't control of his speed). But Fukasaku said that Naruto had surpassed Minato. Seeing how easily Minato took the Hachibi and Raikage, I don't think Naruto had truly surpassed him, and I think that was just to hype up the Pain fight.

Minato was NEVER stated to have Sage Mode. The only people known to have Sage Mode were Jiraiya, Naruto, Fukasaku, and Shima. It seems that Gamakichi is also learning it, as he is at least able to see the natural energy that Fukasaku collected when he demonstrated it to Naruto. You have to have mastered Sage Mode to some degree in order to "see" Natural energy, or maybe the frogs are just able to due to them being a "part of nature".

Minato learnt Sage Mode. Meaning he has A VERY LARGE AMOUNT OF CHAKRA which can be compared 2 that of Nagato. Minato's chakra in Sage Mode does not finish since he draws nature energy from the environment. So if u wanna say someone wud run outta chakra u shud say Nagato whether he is an Uzumaki or not. Uzumakis are not chakra gods.

Secondly, Minato used a JUTSU TRANSPORTATION TECHNIQUE against Kyuubi meaning he can transport ANY technique. I said any bcos if he was strong enough to transport the Tailed Beast Bomb from inside to outside the LARGEST HIDDEN VILLAGE he can transport Shinra Tensei as it approaches him 2 clear another location. He cud even transport Chikudan Tensei to a far away location(If he doesn't kill him b4 then LOL!!)

Again, Minato greatest Technique, Flying Thunder god Technique carries no chakra. No chakra at all!! Nagato wud get worn out. A person who has large chakra along which Sage Mode that doesn't finish who uses a technique that carries NO CHAKRA AT ALL! wud certainly defeat Nagato.

Minato can also summon the Frogs and Ma and Pa to counter Nagato's Animal Path abilities and for support in bringing up techniques 2 defeat Nagato(That is if he cudn't have already done it by himself. lol!).
Nagato wud use Shinra Tensei 2 deflect the special kunais but Minato wud transport the technique to another location allowing the kunais to reach him within the interval. Minato uses FTG and appears there just in time to place a seal on him(If he doesn't have enough time 2 kill him). Then when Nagato does Shinra tensei or any other technique(or even before that Minato appears before him and kills him

I hope with this reasonable points I have convinced u guys without doubt that Minato is stronger than Nagato.

Yes, he can multitask, but if he is Negato, just one person, then he can't use the 6pop bodies, that takes preperation, so he can't have another pain body attack him. You can't keep switching between pain and Negato :flaw:

No one know whether Minato actually learnt SM or not. Just because it was not revealed it doesn't mean it's not there. However, I believe nagato true abilities were that of if he use it he will partially have sync with gedo or it decays his life force. No where it was mentioned. Just because edo nagato is able to with stand the decay does not mean nagato when alive can.

With known Minato. I'd say he will win nagato... Not edo nagato. Although you have to remember Minato was good at fuinjutsu.

By the way I am A BIG fan of minato.

second.. itachi _never_ 1v1 nagato.. and itachi never killed him.. he had help 2 jinchurikis 8/9tails and itachi came from shadows and sealed nagato that resisted kabutos jutsu... end of story

i agree he got help from naruto and bee but where does it say he resisted kabuto's jutsu. Itachi says he gained his senses after he pierced him.
