Your Logic makes no sense. On everyones top 10 they have Edo Madara. The mere fact that he died after the Kyuubi attack sealing half of it inside him, and he already knows how to control the power. It took Naruto 16 years to figure out how to use that power. Minato learnt it while dead and mastered it as fast as ftg. Don't try and make excuses to put down another characters brilliance.
