Minato is Overpowered Right?

After reading this day's naruto chapter, I've got say that Kishi trolled me.

But aside from that, when I saw Minato's kyuubi cloak, I was kinda annoyed.

I mean the Kyuubi cloak was the trademark of Naruto but now that minato
has the FTG, high level sealing jutsu, Reaper Death seal and Kyuubi cloak,
I believe it is the right time to say he is OP. Right?

I had to re-read the chapter when he went into KCM. I seriously thought it was Naruto for a second.

OT: KCM makes him top 4 easily. He is way too OP.
