Minato is one of the strongest characters

All anyone has to do is look at my post a couple posts above which clearly shows Minato has more hype, is more intelligent, has more feats, and is more skillful than Shisui. Shisui most likely has the edge in abilities for the simple fact he has KA.

I actually hope kabuto cowards out of fighting itachi and somehow summons shisui. Ive great reasons for believing that he belongs in the top 10 at the expense of minato.

with KA he can pretty much pawn most top 10 ninja, KA its just not fair in 1 vs 1 battle

You're right. Shisui was talented shinobi. A true genius. To use Genjustsu at its level he's supposed to be. But again he maybe outmatched Young Itachi but you've nothing to come with to prove he could do the same to Minato
