That's not actually true the manga has said hashirama was called god of shinobi, the manga also said hiruzen was called god of shinobi, the manga also said Nagato was invincible and unbeatable, the manga also said Kabuto was the closest thing to the sage, 2 people said hashirama was the strongest Madara who knew nothing of people like Nagato or minato, or prime hiruzen. And the other person was Kabuto who actually said no shinobi alive is more powerful than hashirama and well Nagato as dead at the time...the point is the manga says a lot of things and when the manga focuses on one character that's what happen u get another shinobi saying they are the best or someone else saying it for them, all of the top shinobi have been called the best in the manga in some way that's a manga fact and since we aren't the creator of the show nor wrote the manga we can't say who is the strongest as a fact we can only give our opinion and that's it

Well the only thing deidara did was use c4 that was significantly possibly harmful to sasuke but as for the fight as a who,e sasuke won in every way sasuke didn't really take any damage while deidara had his arms cut off but anyway minato>itachi in every way minato is smarter as shown how he is the only person to figure out his kamui works and it took him seconds and he is the only single person that was able to do significant damage to Obito, while itachi thought Obito was Madara and itachi goal was to stop akatsuki in the end and if he could have defeated Obito he would have and minato is the only shinobi that has never been hit by another shinobi and as far as chakra goes itachi would wear himself out because he won't be able to hit minato
