I would NOT be surprised if the Juubi was controlling Madara all the time, and since throughout the manga the juubi was said to have foul chakra and dark chakra, I wont be surprised if Madara"s ''foul'' chakra source was non other than the juubi itself influencing Madara to revive it and after that it does away with madara saying It dont need madara anymore :I

As for Madara getting kicked by Minato , i hope he will know what seal Madara will use on himself to seal the Juubi and somehow extract the other Tailed Beasts from it or someshit like that ... I just hope Kishi will not make Madara SO6P or be possessed by him or something like that ...
