Can Minato sence any thing without putng his finger on ground........?

He hasn't shown any censoring facts aside from what is shown in the 2nd link though but the fact that he was able to touch the ground to sense how many ninja's were in the vicinity pretty much proves it.....

Minato is a sensor. He was able to sense both Kurama and Naruto's chakra merge from that distance.

Because naruto's chakra cant be felt if its not merged with kurama.. Minato knew that they merged because he could feel the chakra. Sasuke knew that the chakra was naruto's despite it actually being kurama's, same concept. So unless you think sasuke can also tell if naruto & kurama merged then you are wrong.

The very next page of the link below concludes that Orochimaru, Suigetsu, Jugo, and Sasuke were sensing Naruto's chakra.

Now Tobirama is a sensor, so it comes to no surprise that he can differentiate chakras from far away, especially Madara's.
