Minato in two places at once?

I thought a human brain registers 25 fps or something. Minato moves around the speed of light.

For anyone watching Minato teleporting, he would appear in two(maybe three or four XD) places at the same time, depending on how fast Minato can think.

Basically, if Minato can think faster than your eyes can follow, yes it would appear so.

If he ftg spams he will just run out of chakra after a few minutes

Well yeah but all I wanted to know is if others also think that he could do it even if for only 5 seconds.

Yeah I think he could also move fast enough to make it seem like he is in multiple places at once.
