Minato can do zero damage to itatchi susanoo, but minato can hit itachi before he covers up himslef with susanoo, it depends on speed and also it depends on, if minato can hit real itachi or minato hit's genjutsu.

With Kurama's support, Minato can finally have someone save him from Itachi's Genjutsu. Other than that, Itachi will exhaust himself by activating Susanoo.​
