Only tobirama who is senju and minato have that capability. Its highly possible because of his chakra levels He has senju lineage.*Its unlikely anybody but someone related to the sage would have op chakra levels like that because they don't have the connection to his power like senju/uzumaki and uchiha/hyuuga do.

My bad I got the ftg and mabuis transportation technique mixed up. But he does have senju level chakra because it took 3 elite hokage guards chakea to do what he and tobirama could do effortlessly.

thats a assumption on your part . I would guess he doesnt have senju level chakra . Hashirama broke free, tobirama almost broke free . Only the non senju hokage had no chance of breaking out of oro edo -tensei !
