What i think is Now Naruto Only has kyubi's Yang chakra Minato sealed The Yin chakra in him
So Now minato Will give yin chakra to Naruto By Which Naruto Will Become more stronger and Kyubi will get it's full power

Yin Chakra+Yang Chakra= Full Power Of Kyubi=Minato's Present to Naruto
