No one starts a fight with Susanoo, so you can't outright say that Madara would win because Minato can't touch him inside Susanoo. You're right, he can't. But he sure as hell can touch him when he's not in Susanoo mode. Minato is the fastest ninja in the Narutoverse and you don't think he could touch Madara? That's almost fanboyish (Then again there are a lot of you around here)

Madara v Minato would be extremely interesting and I don't know who would win, but claiming Madara beats Minato because of Susanoo is flawed. No one starts a fight with the culmination of their abilities all at once.

That aside if minato touches madara he marks him and ftg inside of sasano n seals him. I think minato n tobi(with rin and the sealing jar) can beat madara

Minato teleported two bijuu bombs and a ying yang chakra karuma before he showed exhaustion, even then he had enough to seal all of karuma away in two different sources.

Minato's chakra reserves are big enough.
