Hello everyone,

So lately I've been hearing a lot of people saying Minato is not that strong, and he lacks jutsus, but I think he is being severely underrated. If you really think about Minato's jutsus (S/T barrier, FTG, frog summons, SM, clones), he should have a ridiculous amount of combo attacks at his disposal, and I personally think Kishi had Minto's arms cut off in order to keep him from being too OP during the war. I've thought of a couple combos that Minato should easily be able to do, and honestly I think they are quite reasonable.

EDIT: I'm no Minato fanboy so leave your butthurt at the door and don't come in here looking for a fight. I.D.G.A.F. about who he beats or doesn't beat because he's not anywhere near my favorite character Lol. This is strictly an observational post.

Combo #1: S/T Warp Return
This jutsu works by the user making a barrier and then sending an enemy attack to a tagged location (preferably to a formula on a kunai). As we all know, the formula does not have to be on a kunai, but can also be tagged onto an object or on a person. With that being said, if Minato tagged an enemy earlier or throws a kunai near them then he should be able to warp any enemy attacks right back at them.

Combo #2: FTG and Clones
We have already seen Minato's clones place seals and use FTG, so with this logic they should be able to touch every inch of a very large area and make the battlefield fall completely under Minato's control. After that Minato and his clones can simultaneously warp around within the area and own anything inside it.

Combo #3: Warp Traps
This one would be simple. Minato just has to build traps with a FTG kunai placed in it (a pit, a cage, etc.) or place a kunai in a hostile environment (e.g. tie one to a rock and then drop it to the bottom of the ocean). Then when he fights you in battle he can just S/T barrier warp you into the trap, killing you instantly.

Combo #4: S/T Barrier and Clones
Minato can cover a large area with clones and have all of them raise a barrier individually, forming a huge controlled area.

Combo #5: SM/ Ma and Pa Summon
This is the only one that i'm not sure about, because Minato did mention that he's not the best at maintaining SM. If he can get Ma and Pa summoned then they should be able to maintain the SM for him, and I also don't think it would be hard for all three of them to summon as many boss toads as possible.

Combo #6: Unlimited Strikes
Just like in Ultimate Ninja Storm, if you are tagged then Minato should be able to teleport around you indefinitely and land as many rasengan and taijutsu attacks as he'd like. This would totally thrash an opponent.

Combo #7: Mutually Instantaneous Revolving Technique (1 Person)
This technique requires "two FTG users", but what about a FTG user and his FTG using clone? To me it's easiely doable for Minato since his clones can place tags and warp on his behalf.

Combo #8: Kyuubi Transformation + FTG
Minato using Kyuubi transformation and FTG at the same time is easily doable. If Naruto can use other techniques while within Karuma (like making clones, rasenshurikens, etc.), then Minato should be able to as well. Size shouldn't matter either because Minato has proven to warp things as large as full sized Kurama and the Juubi's TBB.

Combo #9: Tailed Beast Bombs
Edo Minato had Kurama's half sealed inside him, but because he had his arm cut off he couldn't make one and instead had to make one with Naruto. Don't forget that the Rasengan (Minato's jutsu) is based off of off how a TBB bomb is formed, so it shouldn't be hard for him to make one.

I hope you all enjoyed the read! Let me know what you think! :win:

you made this thread again?
Why?

Because everyone was replying based off of the title and not actually reading the thread for what it was. You were one of the few who did read it though and I appreciate that.

FTG + summons + SM + S/T Barrier + Kurama Transformation + TBB + Clones = 7

The number of total jutsus doesn't matter though because the properties of them can lead to more versatility and combos, like the the thread says.
