yeah, But hashirama at the moment is also doing his role ,
u can see it like this hashirama vs madara,(tobirama,naruto,minato,sasuke) vs jubito
so i think hashi is doing great he basically divided the enemy strength by 1/2

Honestly besides helping the other Kage with a barrier Hashirama isn't doing anything.

Madara before Hashirama showed up didn't do anything to contribute to the fight anyway, he was sleeping for God's sake he had no cares to give. Now that Hashirama is there Madara has something to do besides sleeping. Only thing Hashirama is doing is making Madara do something.

well...quick thinking is really very important in a battle,plus minato did not even get the chance to mark juubito,but Tobirama did,see how its helping them now?.... So let me ask you...how many attacks has minato landed on juubito???

They're similar, but Minato became a bit too reckless even as an Edo now permanently losing his arm in the process, not much strategy on his part, I give credit to Tobirama. And I didn't mean slow as in slow, I meant a bit slow on the uptake.

Tobirama practically died against a brainless Obito on the other hand Minato managed to escape from a fully controlled Obtio with Min damage while trying to attack him face to face and at the same time he is being emotional towords his student ...!
