Minato created the rasengan, and he mastered it enough to make it almost as big as the Big Ball rasengan, and he doesn't need a clone to create it like Naruto. He was gonna add his own nature transformation to the Rasengan but died too early. Minato could detect the presence of people within an area by simply placing his finger on the ground, and he was also skilled in transferring chakra. He could even adapt it to another person's own chakra. He is also adept at using barrier ninjutsu, when he erected the Kage-calibre barrier powerful enough to trap the Ten-Tails. Minato's one of the strongest ninjas in the shinobi world, he even graduated from the academy when he was 10 years old, and he may not have created the FTG technique and summoning and all, but his abilities were advanced beyond a lot of shinobi.

Actually no on a few things here. Copying implies Minato being alive to see Tobirama's jutsu where instead he has information of Tobirama. Also it implies that the jutsu is exactly the same since that's what copying is, Minato's FTG is better than Tobirama's since Minato used what he learned from Kushina (sealing jutsus) and created his own S/T jutsu. Tobirama even called Minato's Body flicker faster/Shunshin than his

Minato has no Sharingan, Kushina taught Minato sealing jutsus.

Minato was Jiraiya's student, what does teacher do? Teach their students what they know. That's how all Ninjas learned/based their own jutsus from. So teaching his student how to summon frogs isn't a big deal.

Rasengan took Minato 3 years to make and that's just from Minato seeing a tbb and analyzing it's strengths and weakness like he did with Chidori and Obito's Kamui. It was stated Minato died before being able to add his element with rasengan.

All of Sasuke's lightning jutsus are based from Chidori which he learned from Kakashi. All of Sasuke's fire jutsus weren't ones he made except for maybe the ones he shot in the air to prepare Kirin against Itachi.

Naruto learned Summing jutsu from Jiraiya, shadow clone from Konoha's forbidden scroll, SM from the frogs, rasen shuriken based off Minato's rasen shuriken, Minato might of had KM before Naruto with the 16 years being sealed so BM goes to Naruto unless Mito had KM/BM since she had the ability to sense evil intent like KM/BM.

His FTG is his own. If you notice, the markings are different. So i suppose he got the inspiration from Tobirama to create his own, but the principe is similar, only that he expanded it with FTG lvl2 or space time barrier

jiraiya(fire style, summoning as he learned it from the toads who also summon, rasengan)
hinata(gentle fist, byakugan and air palms)
kabuto(who basically is made up of dna and uses overs techs)

its not about originality its about how you use them so minato having ftg does not get diminished just because the 2nd had it 1st and actually rasengan is his own original move as he created it and the people i listed will have original moves but majority of their moves are from clans, kekkai genkai and their sensei
