sorry to say you fail here. minato is most likely able to use shadow clone but shadow clone (kage bunshin) is a jounin level technique. when naruto mastered it no one could believe it, not because that naruto mastered a technique, but an academy student mastered a jounin level technique.

what you're talking about is bunshin no jutsu. you don't create bodies in bunshin, just the image, a halucination to trick the enemy. and it's genin level technique. an e-rank technique.

what naruto learned was kage bunshin, where you create a real body. way advanced than bunshin and marked as a B-rank technique.
