The reason we saw that Tobi's(Masked Man) blood was white because it was a Zetsu clone we know he has this ability when he gets someone else's chakra he can manifest a clone into that person's body as we have seen him do on 2 occasions, with Neji and Kisame U_U

Nah...he is final villan of the series he cant be some zetsu clone

That's probably one of Tobi's skills, kind of like how Suigetsu cab liquidate and reform himself. Either that or he's made up of the same stuff that Zetsu is and whoever Tobi is, his soul is the only thing that occupies the body of the Tobi that we know and see right meow. Sort of like, a shell of his former self.

Well despite the fact that Tobi's arms are made of Zetsu material, that does not necessarily mean he's a full-on Zetsu clone. Most likely, he is a person that has utilized Hashi's DNA to the point that parts of his body have adopted that makeup.

But either way, we can safely say that Tobi is comprised of a great deal of Zetsu material, whether he's a full-on clone or someone just utilizing Hashirama's DNA to an extreme extent.
