Minato didnt have time to implement his nature into the rasengan. He died at like age 21.

That said, why does this make him "featureless"? I mean he's not had much of an encounter with enemies thus far. This is one translate from databook 3:

Only feature that Minato doesn't have is chakra nature, I don't think Kishi said what Nature Minato has.
