Minato was too much for Obito's so called "Sharingan reflexes" when they faced each other during the Kyuubi incident (it didn't help him), meaning Jubito's reflexes/speed increased significantly after becoming the Juubi's host (the same goes for Madara).

to keep it short, losing a against the two opponents who acquired the strongest power in NV happened to EVERYONE/having the Juubi = an insane increase to all his physical attributes and that includes reflexes.

No scan shows Juubi helps reflex.
