If Minato, being the Hokage, was alive during the war this one should have already ended.
A and Tsunade touch Madara at least two times each one:
Minato, the fastest shinobi, supossing that he fight Madara with the other kages doing those cool entrances (
Then Madara proceed to get owned by rasengan and sealed by gaara. If you say that this does´t work on Madara, Minato can always use RDS. (He can seal half of Kurama´s chakra with almost non chakra so he can seal Madara easily).
After get rid of him, Naruto defeat Obito with Kakashi without interruptions and stop Juubi transformation.
