Minato doesn't know that its Obito

He cant have a clue yet..

Well if he realizes that Obito is the one who attacked the village with Kurama and killed Kushina and himself along with forcing him to seal 9tails into his own son plus killing hundreds of fodder ninja I doubt he will want to save him.

I doubt Minato knows what Obito has done. He will probably (attempt to) save Obito but possibly get in a brief argument with Naruto who might tell him of all that he has done. It might be Sasuke who he argues with over whether Obito should be saved. He will see a man who came out of nowhere screaming in pain and probably recognize who he is, his former student and save him in one way or another.
