The seal the sage passed down doesn't have a name but I assume its the fire seal

Combination of two Four Symbols Seals (Shishō Fūin ) seals makes one Eight Trigrams Seal (Hakke no Fūin Shiki) which itself is considered a single seal and it was complex but was made in such a way that Naruto had access to Kuruma's chakra all the time so that it would be helpful for Naruto to gain the control of Kuruma.

BM Naruto and KCM Naruto have the same amount of YANG chakra. Remember that YANG chakra (50% of Kurama's chakra) was sealed within him.
