Sasuke got his chest blow off,stabbed multiple times from Killerbee,Danzo stab Sasuke with futon sword and wind bullet and he got injured from many other ninja he faught.While Naruto alway have someone popping in battle to save him or scarfice their life for him (Iruka,Neji and Hinata etc).Narut never gotten any serious injuries because Kurama heal him and he alway have support to prevent himself from being vulnerable

I strongly believe if Minato was alive and the uchiha clan was still massacre ,he will adopted Sasuke .Sasuke will be treated like his favourite and discard Naruto.This is similar to Kakashi favouring Sasuke over Naruto and discarded him to Jiraya
