minato never made the rds, hiruzen was simply refering to the fact that it is a jutsu that the 4th can use. the rds has been passed down in uzumaki heritage, and was used as a last resort seal...i forget where i saw that information though

Minato learning the "Reaper Death Seal" directly from Uzumaki Kushina was better than learning from non-Uzumaki clan.
Minato sealing the Kurama was completed. Whereas 3rd Hokage unable to seal Orochimaru completely, only the hands.
Minato also had the time to talk to Naruto, after his wife; and seal both chakra inside Naruto.

I actually disagree... When Naruto used it rasengan, most people said "It's the Forth's Rasengan". They acknowledged it as the fourths jutsu, Nauto merely mastered it.

Sasuke as well, when he did chidori on Raikage... He stated it as "Kakashi of the sharingan's Chidori".

This is a picture of the 3rd claiming it, to be the jutsu of the man who saved the village, Implying "Minato". I don't understand why you want to take that away from him.

Regardless, i believe he did make it. He created FTG, Rasengan, which are incredible techniques... It wouldn't be far off to imply that is he cable of making such a jutsu as "Death Reaper Seal".

Rasengan is obviously Naruto's jutsu , as he uses it. Your jutsu is the one that you can use. Nothing more, nothing less. As I am saying again, you can't make assumptions in Naruto, so unless Kishi clears that up, I won't believe it. Manga says he can use it and it's his jutsu, not he created it. Btw I don't have anything against Minato, I am just trying to prove a point. WTH

Rasengan is created by Minato.

Minato created the basic technique of jutsu called Rasengan.
Naruto then created many variations of Rasengan.
Kakashi told him to name the type of rasengan - to differentiate.
Example: Tailed-Beasts. SO6P created the 10-Tailed-Beast into 9 form. To differentiate them by the number of TAILS
