The deadliest combo was Itachi and Nagato. Nobody (To this day, except maybe Sasuke with Expert use of Amenominaka and Amenotejikara) could defeat them in a battle.

Ability wise, deadliest will be naruto/sasuke. Or minato/itachi if we exclude super saiyans..

Possibly. FTG cannot be sensed, when combined with C0, it's impeccable.
- My pick would be Itachi/Nagato/Minato(shift). Former is stated to be capable of accomplishing anything in unison with second. Third+1st is hax, one mark in any part of body is end for anyone. I mean anyone. They wouldnt notice they exited the world before they're in after-realm.
