Depends on how much knowledge Minato possesses. If he doesn't know what Amaterasu actually is, he can be hit by it surprising, otherwise he'll dodge it easily.

Minato's reflexes have been stated to be on par with Raikage's reflexes in V1 armor.

Raikage needed V2 armor to dodge Amaterasu.

This means Minato nor Raikage in V1 armor would be able to dodge it. It is as simple as that. If you cant come up with an argument to say otherwise, then go cry somewhere else.

Here is what the official Viz translations and the Anime say's.

Viz translation - Shee: Lord Raikage's nerve transmissions and his reaction speed are on par with that of Konoha's yellow flash.....Impressive these folks are keeping up as well as they are. But Lord Raikage has manipulated raiton chakra to augment his reflexes! Not even the sharingan will be able to keep up with him.

No... Amaterasu was fully out before Raikage started to move. It is clear as day in the picture... of course Amaterasu travels.. it is just really fast.

Minato's reflexes are on par with V1 Raikage as stated by C when he and Sasuke were fighting. Simple as that.

amaterasu being "fully out" means it enveloped the focal point, which it did not, thats why it "traveled" to the samurai behind raikage, because it was already partially constituted and went to the next point in the line of sight, but when amaterasu is constituted it does not travel from the eye of the user, it materializes at the point being focused on :| distance is irrelevant

Raikage used his full speed to dodge amaterasu,he even stated that apart from Minato Naruto is the only shinobi to have ever dodged his full speed.So if Minato can dodge Raikage's full speed then he can dodge amaterasu aswell.I don't understand from where you get your info,but you obviously don't read the same manga as the rest of us.

Look at the picture! It is clear that the Amaterasu was already formed and out of Sasuke's eye. Thats why they showed the Amaterasu. What you are saying doesn't even make sense. If it doesnt travel, then why would it materialize just outside of Sasuke's eye? To use ninjutsu, you from the chakra inside your body then let it out in the form of that element... there is no "forming outside of the eye".

i think minato would be able to dodge it as his base speed alone is fast and ftg is instant and sasuke wouldnt be able to hit everyone of the special ftg kunai at once and wouldnt know which one he will go to if he spams them

Yawn. How many times have I said that reaction speed is the dominant factor in dodging Amaterasu, not leg speed. If you don't have the reflexes to react to it, you cant dodge it. Simple as that.
