But he's not traveling faster than light, he's actually just taking a shortcut. You're misinterpreting the example I used on another thread.

Take Minato Base and Raikage V2... put them face to face, each one throws a punch. Neither one will be able to react at all. You keep misinterpreting what I say.

Are you serious? Raikge V2 dodged a point blank Ama.. are you telling me Minato punches faster than Amaterasu? And you have already admitted that Raikage would have been able to hit Minato if he were closer. Raikage would have hit Minato. Anyway, ima ask you again. Does dodging a punch mean you are faster/have better reflexes than who you dodged? I want you to answer that with a simple yes or no.

Minato needs fast reflexes. He can't use FTG if he didn't. When he comes out of the FTG... he must be able to tell what's around him. If he didn't have fast reflexes when he came out to rescue baby Naruto... he would have either hit him or miss him and dropped him.

I was saying that Minato's FTG is not as fast as the speed of light.

It is faster than any movement..

Understand that instantaneous transportation.... is faster than any movement..

Minato can teleport from earth to the moon faster than light can reach...
Light takes what 6 mins to get from the sun to earth.. Minato can go to the sun and back instantly..

You forget the affects of the raiton armor. In addition to greatly enhancing defense and offense it also puts your reflexes at peak human level. Minato has no special cloak like this and is thus vastly inferior.

Go to Gogle and search for the difference of traveling at the speed of light and teleportation. Teleportation is nothing but taking a shortcut. Minato cannot travel faster than the speed of light. You think he is traveling faster than it, but he's just taking a shortcut.

Thanks. +rep to you for being one of the only people to understand that dodging something doesn't mean you have faster speed or reflexes. I don't understand why some people are even questioning that.

it really comes down to how you view minato's reflexes,, he has the technique to evade but he needs the mental awareness to know that an almost instantaneous technique is being used against him when it happens, thats something i dont think anyone can be 100% about either way

i dont think this thread will end with any kind of cohesion, people are either going to think minato has the reflexes to avoid ama or he doesnt

wouldnt know about this other thread, or your use of this concept, but s/t is instantaneous for him, look at it how ever you like, he can reach point b faster than light can, just because hes not physically traveling doesnt take away from this

Minato's reflex must be greater than what they are now because he's much closer than before. He already has speed(FTG)... the closer they get to each other... the greater their reflexes and speed must be.

You say it yourself. He was still in motion. That means Minato reacted so fast that Raikage was still in motion when Minato had time to land a kunai+teleport elsewhere+come-back. That means Minato did 3things when Raikage was still in motion
