He can teleport mountain sized beings, so he should be able to teleport a mountain from one location to the location of a Kunai in the sky (easy for him to get a kunai high up, upward FTG for example, then kunai parachute, like the one that shika used).

Anyway this means he can drop the mountain from high up giving it momentum and allowing similar amount of damage to be done.

He should also be able to teleport large chunks of he landscape ultimately changing it to his advantage.

Hmmm. I would argue that when he teleported the Kyuubi's attack it was already in motion, and that's why when he teleported it somewhere else it travelled. If my logic is correct that would mean that the mountain wouldn't work as a meteor and/or a projectile, thus, making it slightly useless.

Or he could save himself the trouble and just use summoning: food cart destroyer, which he does.

1. This is very impossible.

2. This isn't a meteor like jutsu, he's dropping a rock.

Um, do you know how much chakra that would consume? If you're talking about the use of S/T barriers, how would he pass a non-moving structure through the barrier? In anycase, he basically does this with Food Cart Destroyer.

No I meant when minato actually teleported karuma.

2. What is a meteor, also I did not say they were exactly the same.

Food cart destroyer is directly above the opponent from higher up the mountain would hit with more force (force = mass*acc) causing more destruction.

As for chakra use, it is a massive attack and an incredible ranged attack so yes chakra usage should be large, at the same time he managed to teleport a TBB and then Teleport full size karma + another TBB, and still have enough chakra to use fuinjutsu.

He has never been shown to teleport something that large that is connected to something. That would mean he could teleport parts of a person he is touching, killing them if he only takes their head or something. He can't do this so he can't just rip a mountain out of the land and teleport it.

Yeah i'm pretty sure he could do it if the mountain was by itself, but remember, this is dependant on the location also; mountains may not be part of the environment in certain scenarios.

Funny, because I thought about this before after watching the movie JUMPER..

Theoretically, this seems highly possible as we've witnessed he teleported kurama before. The only risk was, he may run out of chakra in the process.

He has pretty much stated that the size of what he teleports is dependent on chakra, also it has not been stated that he is restricted to teleporting whole things so why create restrictions?
