Everyone was very surprised that Naruto learned it, and Konohamaru was just plot no jutsu'd, just like that fact that he learned the Rasengan.
Seriously you can't assume that everyone can use a jutsu that a lot of people can use unless it's stated they can.

But you can't eliminate the possibility .. This thread is based on an IF, just give your opinion IF it were possible

Right now, tobi has the best chance. But just give Naruto a few chapters and he will be able to do it too.

Naruto doesn't need more chapters to be able to beat Minato. He's already faster than Minato in BM

Why doesn't someone just kill the clone before it touches them, Minato moves in regular speed after he FTGs, pretty much all Top Tiers could kill the clone.
