FRS, Chidori or enton swords could actually do that. It would eventually grow again but attack is countered so....

FRS takes too long
Chidori isn't choping through what thousands of bombs couldn't even scratch
Enton Sword takes too long.

None of those could work within the 3 seconds they basically had to get away. Please stop trying to justify your logic. FTG was the best way to escape.

What happened in this chapter is that naruto latched onto minato and sasuke and this allowed minato to teleport as there is direct contact with himself and his chakra via naruto's chakra arms or what not.

But my question is this. If minato separated susano from the user, surely it should be a similar situation like gaara's where we see the susano at whatever stage it was in, still being at the location when this occured.

Yet while in gaara's we saw this difference, in this chapter there is no susano at all to state that, he did indeed separate the two.

Both, Susanoo and the user (sasuke), disappeared. Fact.
There is no susano near obito, if minato did indeed separate the two.


Ill show you something that is even more clear.
If you look at sasuke's susano you would note that, in the upper image it has a flare of susano

He did that exactly though... He teleported Sasuke, which led to susanoo going away. Susanoo went away during the teleportation. Thus, it can be said, susanoo was removed from Sasuke.

No, he didn't. I wasn't arguing for any of that. Besides, Susanoo is deactivated when it is broken.

Susanoo is actually the users chakra, thought this was obvious. The Susanoo would also be teleported.

Also, Minato has no means of actually touching the user in the first place.

The only thing your thread did, was prove your own hypothesis completely wrong on three important and simple factors:

1: You made the claim that Minato can teleport objects without touching them - only connection - and his FTG seems to have a radius. Yet in this scan, the exact opposite happened:

. You used the term 'connect', whilst Minato said 'touch' and this is exactly what happened here. Naruto had to touch Minato and grab Sasuke's exposed robe girt to teleport out. So, I guess this whole connect business was nothing but a theory. Sasuke reconfirmed or remembered Minato's words here again:

. I guess, this one dimension of your theory is completely wrong.

2: You claim that Minato teleported Sasuke WITHOUT his Susano'o, and yet, the exact opposite has happened:

. Susano'o is gone with the user. Why is your claim false? Here is why:

- It is impossible to touch the user within Susano'o:

, albeit in this form, the area under Madara is not protected by feet and STILL Susano'o cannot be breached. Which is why Onoki lightened Gaara's sand and all the other around the area: Yet, when Gaara held Susano'o in its place and pulled Madara out:

Funny thing, even after separating Madara from Susano'o, it's still there in both of these images:

- Fading away after being completely cut off from the user, OR Madara deactivated it.

Where is Sasuke's separated Susano'o? I don't see any Susano'o let behind here:

3: Third factor is that Obito's attack is like Jinton, it eats away at the objects:

The point where Obito's Jinton-like attack made contact, a huge aura is swirling upwards:

. Which confirms the fact that it was still eating away at his Susano'o which is why it didn't even hold Obito's attack for a small fraction of a second, whilst it did for his black orb shape manipualtion and the whole attack went through, completely breaking open a large portion of the ribs:

So, what have we learned:

1: Minato cannot teleport the user without touching him.
2: Susano'o gets deactivated or disappears after the user is cut off, but that large amount of Chakra is still visible even after the user is plucked out.
3: Obito's Jinton turns things to dust, which is why Sasuke's Susano'o was mostly completely broken apart.

By and by, Minato had to get touched to activate FTG, Sasuke's Susano'o disappeared with him, and Obito's Jinton eats away at things at molecular level. Your theory is completely wrong. Case closed.

Lol what would you call this? I'm not even speculating. Susanoo is deactivated after it is broken. That scan proved it.
