u cant make some random contract he has to know the edo seal and then he can break it he doesnt know it

1. contract seal has nothing to do with the handseals likke madara did, so what are you talking about?

through uzumaki/senju info of course minato broke the ninetailed seal and knew how to thwart the idiot obito

nowhere in his profile does it state tobirama can break edo tensei or fully learned it if he did u think he might have had precautions for a just incase scenario which he didnt . He halted the edo theory and forbade it even from himself.

why wouldnt tobirama know how to break his own jutsu??? thats like saying minato cant use rasengan because he didnt complete it

he didnt free himself the first time because oro never gave him control over himself, but thing might be different this time, there is no telling what oro might get into and might lose control or something.

And also, IF Tobirama could release himself, wouldn't it be in his right mind to do so in the first place when the two brothers were summoned? It would be the most logical course of action, but instead he insinuated that there's no way out of it ( within his knowledge ) since he stated " so we're fighting you huh Monkey? "... something along those lines. Just my thought, which puzzled me throughout the whole Madara escaping Edo tensei's bounds. If Madara knew, how couldn't Tobirama? Did he want to fight either way? Was he lazy? Bored? It's a real mind boggling question e.e

Now Minato, since knowing seals, does have the best probability in escaping.... though i don't know how he'll do it and I'd rather not assume lol.
