Minato Bijuu mode

I was wondering about minato bijuu mode, how come it didn't change as much as naruto's does?? Seemed like the only thing that changed was his eyes. Thoughts?

His KCM already was a mix of BM and KCM.

i think its because he was already in BM which is why his overall look didnt change

Naruto has that form because his chakra is mixed with kuramas yang
Minatos isn't mixed with kuramas yin he has that form from his own yang chakra
That's why he hasn't used chakra arms
