You could argue that one is faster than the other, but Minato's feat seems faster than Tobirama's because Obito had a shorter range in his attack to cover than the chakra ball that took multiple panels to take effect.​

Was going to troll the OP but with comments like this I can't blame you for making this thread. One feat and Tobirama reacts better than the guy who dodged Raikage's full speed attack at point blank range smh. Yet next sentence they are equals. Idk who's worse in this situation

When the Hokage's were first meeting Juubito Hashirama's clone and Tobirama got caught off guard. Due to Tobirama's superior reaction, he tagged Juubito with a Hiraishin Mark and 3 paper bombs, with a half of a body. Juubito > A's speed. Tobirama has better reactions.

In this particular situation, I'd go with Tobirams.

Minato:

1. He already had a tag on Naruto

2. It seems as though Naruto helped by latching onto Minato and Sasuke

Tobirams:

1. After recovering he made a clone

2. Had the clone use the body flicker (he had no markings there)

3. Arrived just before detonation

4. Teleported just before detonation.



Now I will say Minato had the potential to get the bomb out...he simply didn't have a complete hand on the situation ...explaining my bad humor: he reached with his off hand because his closest one was kinda gone...



However considering the body flicker and use of a clone...I give this particular set of images to Tobirama.

Minato used his chakra arms to save Naruto and Sasuke. Which is crazy seeing how Obito's attack was cm's away from Killing the two main characters.
