Sand armor is only used when opponents get past his sand barrier. And even then it won't help much vs the likes of minato.
He drops gamabunta on him end of discussion.

Dsm kabuto along with minato is top 10. Belive it or not dsm kabuto craps on itachi and sasuke in 1 v 1.

Ka is featless garbage. danzo stole his eyes while he was using it.

OT : Minato is a bad match up to many characters , he is one of the strongest characters in NV & top 10 IMO but he doesn't beat everybody . And I love how many people say he doesn't have fire power , but forget that with his space time barrier he can counter the tech & send it into the location he wants it , he can probably send it back to the opponent & did people forget that he has Uzumaki seals in his arsenal? the seals that can even seal Bijus ? well alright , stay ignorant folks.

It's simple logic that speed>power. Minato The Yellow Flash was the fastest man alive in his day, sencond was the Raikage. Raikage beat one of the currently strongest women alive, Tsnuade, by speed. When Tsunade was younger, she beat Jaraiya to near death. That was Jaraiya's first time almost dying. If Raikage could do that as the second fastest man alive, what could Minato do?

Temari was faster than Shikamaru.
Lee was faster than Neji.

Speed is not solely beating anyone. There are a lot more factors in a battle.
