With all the hype that the latest chapter caused I think nobody noticed one thing.

If Naruto is Ashura's incarnation, and his bijuu mode looks like that just because of Ashura's chakra...

How the hell Minato's looks the same?

Was Minato the last Ashura's incarnation before Naruto?

It kinda makes sense since Minato died right after Naruto was born...

If ashura a jin, it would makes the story more consistent and story fit much better, than comparing a jin with someone has tail beast level chakara (imbalance in power)

Minato / Naruto's cloak is because they had an imbalance of Yin-Yang chakra when they gained the foxes chakra. Ashura is because he was naturally born with large amounts of Yang chakra from his dad im guessing.

this was literally never said anywhere. as a matter of fact it's better than the version bee has when he just turns into the hachibi. also when kurama was taking over during the naruto pain fight he had flesh and bones. so that obviously was never the case. it was because naruto had control of the chakra, and now possobly because of other reasons.
