Tough one...
Minato is the absolute fastest of them all, so no question on speed. Team 1 covers that.
Team 2 covers strength too. I believe Tsunade is stronger than Sakura.

And Minato can transfer chakra just as well as Naruto can, so I'll say team 1.

Sakura seems like a non-factor on Naruto's side.

Extremely tough considering BM Naruto is against Team 1 though.

And who gets the summonings?

I'm going with Tsunade and Minato high diff.
