The answer is already in the OP. There is a apostrophe after Orochimaru. If you think it was only talking about Orochimaru, would it make sense that he was also talking about Orochimaru having Kyuubi chakra restricted?

It doesn't keep exploding, it eventually stops. From the manga it seems it explodes about 15 times. The more it explodes the bigger the radius becomes.

Summonings still do the job.

Where are they doing to tele out inside a building? White Rage will effect the whole area since its an enclosed place. I hope you don't argue that they can go out of bounce.

First thing Minato does is spread his FTG kunais with him, and he can teleport anybody he wishes to, if they saw white rage coming at them they can simply teleport to any of the kunais, White rage doesn't cover the whole damn place, just where it's concentrated at

First thing Minato does is spread his FTG kunais with him, and he can teleport anybody he wishes to, if they saw white rage coming at them they can simply teleport to any of the kunais, White rage doesn't cover the whole damn place, just where it's concentrated at

1.White Rage will not be coming at them, it will mind its own business and explode on its own, somewhere.
2. Teleporting to one Kunai to another means nothing since it flashes the whole stage.
3. White Rage does cover the whole "damn" place, considering it covered the whole cave:
