Does the kid with the bandana around his head not look similar to shusui it says he is an unknown.
But the fact that shusui and minato both were great teleporter's could mean they were teammates.
Just a guess on my part.

False. Considering that Itachi was a child the night Minato died and Shisui can't be that much older than Itachi, Shisui is very close to Kakashi's age.
