I doubt Minato knows that art of Talk No Jutsu lol but even if he did, if Naruto( The King of It ) cant stop sasuke with it, there is no hope for him...

That is untrue. Minato has seen everything Naruto has about Sasuke up til the end of the Pain Arc(remember how Minato appeared to Naruto since his chakra was in him, and explained that he could see everything that was going on in the current battle against Pain)
