location: hidden rain village hideout
intel: reputation and team 2 knows about FTG. team 1 knows about how pain can only use one ability per path.
restrictions: pain is in a mindset where he won't use anything that will destroy his village so no CT or laser explosion. minato cant use shiiki fuujin.

Most likely. Minato and Pain. There main promblem tho is 3rd Raikage. He's pretty much a monster himself. It would really be difficult if Raikage didn't have his scar. And Sasori's poision would be a trouble for minato, not so much for dead bodies..
