Sry to say it but Yammy is a non factor in this match. He's far too slow to hit someone like Naruto or Minato.

But Ulquiorra can arguably solo though...

He's ridiculously fast, has ridiculous physical strength, can throw around huge explosions like it was nothing and can regenerate lost limbs...

It's hard to compare characters from 2 different series though... He can definetly take them 1v1, but together?? I don't really know... It can probably go both ways.

lol Naruto can make nukes fly by him running past them and he reacted to madara and obito when he was on another side of the battlefield
