The only time I've seen Madara dodge anything that could be even close to light speed was when he was using sage mode.

In that scan where Ay and Tsunade pushed back Madara, he reacted to the large flash of light before ay and tsunade appeared.

The light appeared before they did.

If Madara can easily react to 'Speed of Light' Teleportation, he can react to any attack.

And this was Madara when he didn't have Hashirama's Pseudo-SM. Also coincides with the fact that he used to react to Tobirama's FTG in the past.

By that logic, Tsunade reacted to the speed of light as well since despite travelling at the supposed speed of light, she had time to recognise Madara infront of her and punch him at the same time

The scans are there; why back-peddle? As far as reaction is concerned, then Firstly, Tsunade knew where she was going by the sensing map present in the office - your disregard on this is quite odd. Madara on the other hand, had no clue. Secondly, no user has strike-rate speed at Speed of Light. Any action that follows after it is their own strike rate speed. Neither Minato nor anyone has has FTG level reflexes or speed in general. Even thinking so is lunacy.

What gives Madara more leverage here that he DID react to a Speed of Light Teleportation, when he didn't have SM then. Simple as that. Kinda coincides with his Tobirama logic, doesn't it?

Madara's EMS may have been able to react to the flash of light but his body didn't. Madara didn't guard until after the light dispersed and Ay and Tsunade kicked him.

With Sage mode and JM mode he is capeble of keeping up with his eyes. If Ay and Tsunade were moving at the speed of light they would of arrived at the same exact time the flash did

For a Literature major, you're pretty dense when it comes to reading comprehension. That feat from Madara was an outlier, it isn't consistent. If you're going to make that statement off that single feat that's already been discredited, then you need to also accept Kakashi can Kamui something as large as the Gedo Mazou's arm instantaneously.
