Okay so here's part 18. I had to do some research for this. Apparently pregnant women have too many issues, and taking into account Kushina's personality, I decided to make this a funny chapter where she drives other people crazy. Please enjoy:

Heres part 18
Part 18
Kushina sat reading with an annoyed expression in the kitchen, with Taji of the black ops watching over her on Minato’s orders.

“Lady Kushina, shouldn’t you eat something?” Taji asked, placing her hand on Kushina’s shoulder. “It’s about lunch time. The baby needs—“

Kushina shot to her feet, pounding the table in half with her fist and throwing the book in the air.

“I CANT DO THIS, DAMMIT!” She admitted to Taji, who was cowering behind a chair. “HOW DOES HE SIT HERE FOR HOURS ON END READING THIS JUNK?!”

“J-Junk?”

Kushina retrieved the book and waved it in Taji’s face.

“THIS JUNK!” She pointed at the cover. “THIS STUPID ICHA-ICHA SERIES CRAP! ITS ALL ABOUT BOOBS AND OTHER GROSS CRAP! AND ON TOP OF THAT, THE BOOBS IN HERE ARE ALL FREAKISHLY HUGE! EVEN THE MINOR CHARACTERS’! STUPID JIRAIYA! WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY, HUH?! I’LL KILL YOU, DAMMIT!”

Taji approached her cautiously. “Please calm down lady Kushina! Someone will hear you—”

Kushina whirled around. “WHO GIVES A DAMN!? I WASN’T BUIL FOR THIS STUPID SIT-ON-YOUR-BUTT FOREVER GARBAGE! I WANT TO TRAIN, I WANT SUNSHINE! I EVEN WANT THOSE STUPID INUZUKA DOGS! THAT DAMN MINATO, TRAPPING ME HERE! I want to… I want to see… I…”

“Um… Lady Kushina?”

“I want to see him working as the hokage, dammit!” Kushina sat on the ground, crying desperately while Taji stood nearby, an awkward bystander. “He probably really enjoys it! I want him to wear that white coat at home more often, too! He looks good in it, you know…?!”

“Lady Kushina…?”

“I’M HUNGRY DAMMIT!” She complained to Taji. “COOK ME SOMETHING OR I’ll KILL YOU!”

“But I’m a terrible cook!”

“FINE!”

Kushina marched to the fridge, pulling out a bottle of sake she’d hidden.

“Ack! What are you doing, Lady Kushina?!”

“Drinking my troubles away, dammit!” Kushina declared, unscrewing the cap.

“No, you can’t!” Taji ran over and tried to snatch the bottle from her. “Alcohol is bad for the baby!”

“WHAT ISN’T?! I’M SICK OF THIS!”

“Lady Kushina, you have to take care of the baby or Yondaime-sama will hate you!”

Kushina froze and started bawling. Taji looked guilty, and started crying her eyes out too.

“How could you say that?!” Kushina bellowed.

“I’m sorry!”

“Oy, crazy red-head.” Called Fugaku, who stood at the doorway with Mikoto, who was smiling sympathetically. “Stop being stupid or you’ll kill your kid.”

Kushina ran to Mikoto and hugged her.

“Taji is being stupid, Mikoto!” She told her, still crying.

“You’re the stupid one, being so violent and even trying to drink when you’re pregnant!” Taji countered, also still crying.

“What are you guys doing here?” Kushina asked, recovering. “I thought Minato was keeping you out of the loop too…”

“He was and is.” Fugaku growled. “Your whining just clued us in.”

Taji grabbed the sides of her head. “What?! No! Yondaime-sama will be so mad at me, after I promised…!”

“Don’t worry, we won’t tell anyone.” Mikoto promised. “But why go to such great lengths, Kushina? I was worried about you. Minato said you were sick at home with some horrible disease. That’s what everyone else thinks too.”

“Kizashi was going to come visit too.” Fugaku walked over to the broken table. “But his wife is due a lot sooner than Mikoto, she’s only a few weeks away. So far she’s destroyed almost half the house. Lucky for Minato all you broke was a table.”

“Sorry for not telling you guys, but—” Kushina began.

“Its okay.” Fugaku tld her.

“Its because we’re Uchiha right?” Mikoto asked. “And you’re jinchuuriki. If something happens to you, we’d likely get blamed for it if we knew about the baby. And Minato can’t afford to let too many people about you.”

“Which is why theres only one black op here.” Fugaku stared pointedly at Taji.

Kushina frowned. “I’m so miserable. I’m happy too, but before, when I wasn’t pregnant, I was at least allowed to leave the house. And apparently if you manipulate your chakra too much during pregnancy, its bad for the baby.”

“Knowing that you still tried to drink?” Fugaku asked.

She shook her fist at him. “I told you, I’m miserable dammit!”

“So am I!” Taji cried. “Yondaime-sama, I don’t know if I can deal with this!”

The three of them sat down in the living room, with Mikoto making tea and some food for Kushina. Both she and Taji, who watched over them while standing, were grateful.

“I wanted to visit you too, Mikoto!” Kushina told her inbetween mouthfuls. “Minato said your belly got bigger. Is the baby okay?”

“Yes.” She folded her hands over her stomach. “He’s growing steadily. I’m told he’s very strong. He should be very healthy.”

“So it’s a he?” Kushina asked. “Have you decided on a name?”

“We’ve discussed a few.” Mikoto pointed at Fugaku. “He gave me permission to name this one, since he came up with Itachi. But it has to be a name he likes.”

“Well that stupid!” Kushina pointed. “This jerk is impossible to please!”

“Shut it, crazy red head.” Fugaku ordered. “What’s Minato thinking? He’s too young for kids.”

“He’s a good age for children ,Fugaku.” Mikoto argued. “And he’s only two years younger than you, so don’t say things like that.”

“Have you come up with any names?” Kushina leaned forward excitedly.

“Well, a few. I kind of like Sora, but Fugaku hates how ‘Uchiha Sora’ sounds. And I like Haru, but not enough to name my child that. Do you have any names in mind?”

“No!” Kushina swallowed. “I’m really bad at this! And Minato’s even worse! He comes up with ridiculous names.”

“Really?” The two asked, looking surprised.

“Yes! So far he’s thought about Pan, Gohan, Menma and Onigiri!”

There was a long awkward silence.

“But those are food…” Mikoto noted, looking embarrassed.

“Actually…” Fugaku said, looking even more embarrassed.

“What is it?” Both girls asked.

“Well, I just remembered…” Fugaku told them. “When we were younger, and Minato was making the rasengan, he originally named it super rotating ball of destructive chakra power. But I convinced him that was too long, and he changed it to rasengan. First and only time he’s ever listened to me.”

“I remember when we were little, and a bunch of girls, who were convinced he was perfect,” Mikoto began, “Convinced him to cook something. But…”

“But?” Kushina asked.

“It was a total disaster.” Mikoto waved her hand in front of her face. “Even the insides were charcoaled. But the girls ate it anyway, to try and win him over. It was actually kind of funny to watch.”

“Ha, serves them right!” Kushina cheered.

“Its actually not that weird.” Mikoto pointed at Fugaku. “I’ve heard that most prodigies, like Fugaku, are terrible at things that don’t involve ninjutsu. Fugaku tried to fix the door once, and ended up reducing half the frame to splinters.”

“Mikoto…!” Fugaku growled. “You promised not to tell anyone about that.”

“But I like your imperfections.” She patted him on the cheek. “I think it’s cute.”

Kushina sighed in envy. “You two are so lucky. You get to go anywhere, and be together all the time.”

“It’ll be like that for you too, Kushina.” Mikoto promised. “When the baby is born, after you’re both safe, the three of you can be together as a family, just like Fugaku, Itachi and me. And our new son, who's on the way.”

Kushina smiled hesitantly.

“I hope he turns out just like Minato.” She placed a hand over her belly. “If that happens, he’ll be adored by everyone, and he won’t feel lonely.”

“Don’t be stupid.” Fugaku told her.

Kushina looked at him.

“He wasn’t happy at all with everyones attitudes towards him.” Fugaku told her. “He was Namikaze, but most of the kids at the academy liked him anyway. Most of us, who were his close friends, barely understood him at all. He was just going through the motions until you showed up. YOU made him and Mikoto feel better. Isn’t that something you want to pass on?”

Mikoto smiled, and squeezed his hand.

He stood up. “He should be on his way back now. I’m going to look for him.”

After he left the room, Mikotolaced her fingers together.

“He’s like that a lot.” She said. “As strong as he is, he doesn’t speak his mind much unless its to someone he truly cares about. And even then its hard for him. He’s rude and he babies Minato, even now. He’s become strict with Itachi. He comes off cold and indifferent. But because I know him so well, know his imperfections and his good traits, I love him anyway.”

Kushina beamed. “Right. You can’t love them if you don’t accept them as they are, bad stuff included.”

“I hope our new son turns out like him.” Mikoto leaned back against the couch. “Itachi has inherited too many of my own traits, like my inability to stand up to my seniors and parents. He and Fugaku don’t have many real conversations, though Fugaku gives him lots of encouragement. I want Sasuke to be able to relate to his father, and take after him, so that maybe he can understand him better than even me.”

“I want to see my son!” Kushina announced. “Like right now, but that’s not even possible. We can look at him if we go to the hospital, but I can’t tell if he looks like Minato on that thing.”

“But it hurts a lot to give birth.” Mikoto told her. “Are you that eager? I thought you weren’t much for pain.”

Kushina’s face fell.

“It hurts…?” She asked.

“Well of course it does.”

“Like a lot!?”

“Of course. Did you not know that…?”

Minato and Fugaku entered the room bickering.

“I told you, its classified.” Minato tried to explain.

“But we’re best friends.” Fugaku glared at him.

“I thought you said you understood why I kept it secret.”

“I do, its just annoying that you wouldn’t consider disclosing this secret to me.”

“I don’t need your protection ,I can protect Kushina by myself. And anyway you have Mikoto and an entire clan to worry about, so would you please just—”

“Minato!” Kushina ran and tackeld him –“Waah! Kushina?!”—to the ground, landing on top of him. And she was crying again.

“MIKOTO!” She pointed. “MIKOTO SAYS IT HURTS! LIKE A LOT! IT REALLY, REALLY HURTS SHE SAYS! IS THAT TRUE! I DON’T WANT IT TO HURT! WHY WOULD OUR BABY HURT HIS MOMMY?!”

Minato sat up, holding her with one hand and rubbing the back of his head.

“Its not on purpose, and why don’t you know about this already?” He asked. “You’re a medic ninja.”

“I TOLD YOU I DIDN’T LEARN ABOUT THAT CREEPY GROSS STUFF! IS THAT WHY MIKOTO WAS SCREAMING SO MUCH WHEN ITACHI WAS BORN?! IF THIS IS A JOKE ITS NOT FUNNY!”

“Its true.” Fugaku told her, earning him a glare from Minato. “She described it to me. On a scale of one to ten it breaks the scale.”

“Fuji, youre not helping!” Minato snapped holding a crying Kushina in his arms.
“I DON’T WANT IT TO HURT!” Kushina wailed. "MAKE IT NOT HURT!”

“That’s an unreasonable request Lady Kushina!” Taji pointed at her. “Don’t tackle Yondaime-sama and then demand something that unreasonable! Its shameful, and you’ll give him brain damage!”

Kushina turned on her.

“HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT?!” She demanded.

“I’m sorry!” Taji apologized.

Minato sighed and got to his feet, pulling Kushina close and resting his head on hers.

“Calm down.” He told her. “I’m right here with you.”

Her wails and complaints turned to sniffles and mutters.

“I’m hungry again!” She told Taji. “Get me some ramen! Miso! With pork!”

“You’re being unreasonable again! And why ramen?!”

“Its what I’m craving right now!”
