Kid, this is your OPINION. In the manga wasn't stated Itachi > Jman, only Jman > Itachi and Kisame at the same time.

First off kishi doesnt state that anyone is stronger then anyone... so all < those are not neccesary. itachi said jiraya was a strong opponent and he did not want to fight him never did he say these words exactly " jiraiya is stronger then me " nor did the "Manga"

I agree, Jman alone can't defeat Itachi.
