Using it right off the bat would be his best bet ... He can sustain it for longer .. plus you said they were free from any eye strains? ... if susano does not count then i guess i would have too change it although i thought it was implied ..
And if itachi is strained from using susano im assuming Sasuke would have to be as well.. your saying he use it right off the bat as well.. and taka sasuke did not have good stamina either.. So really If sasuke has nothing to hit Minato with and you dont believe Minato has anything to hit Sasuke with .. then he simply out lasts him Sasuke is not lasting long in that thing .. Meanwhile Itachi i believe could keep up with SM naruto in CQC using clones and minor genjutsu then leaving him wide open for amertarasu .. (by minor genjutsu i mean the ones he used to trick Sasuke,Deidara) Making the opponent think they have won .. and there is no doubt in my mind Naruto would fall for it .. and when he does its Amertarasu to the face ...
Those genjutsu's are often overlooked and can be rather useful

]. Considering he was holding Susano'o throughout the majority of his battle VS Danzo, I'm doubting it's going to effect him as much as it does Itachi.
No, can you prove Minato outlasts a fully rested Sasuke? I can just as easily say Sasuke constantly forces him to use FTG. Besides, Sasuke can opt to use Ribcage Susano'o, which obviously isn't going to be as taxing.

]. Naruto can produce clones to stall or defeat Itachi's clones. This is now current SM Naruto, so Kurama breaks him out of any of Itachi's weaker Genjutsu variants. Not to mention, he has other methods of countering.
Oh, I see. Also yeah, you should make it current SM Naruto, he could fire off more FRS and enter SM far faster than he could in the Pain arc.
