Madara, kabuto, hashi, nagato, the sage, naruto, rinne tobi, itachi and orochimaru are all better then minato.

Kabuto is up against the fastest ninja ever who speacialises in quick kills, he probably would get killed before he could do all that sage mode and edo shit, cause in his base fore minato will rape him. Tobi being able to beat him is still up for debate because he cant hit him with that warp jutsu and that seems to be the only thing tobi really does. I honestly just cant believe you said Oro. Naruto's not smart enough fast enough and minato can seal his 9 tails chakra. And itachi i think they both have a 50% chance of winning.

People just say Minato is not that strong, he did not show us anything yet, besides he defeated Tobi by 3 seconds, cause he needed to protect Konoha, that's why he need to do it fast.
Minato could fight against Tobi whenever he wants too if Kurama was not there, Minato gonna be on top 3 or 4...................... I agree with this one
